Yup, just that you missed the boat, the lowest price was rm10/sqft, rm80k for 8000sqft land. Just that infrastructure, recon the land will cost you rm100-150k before you can put a pillar for your bungalow doh.gif
For me, getting a house for own stay in Seremban you can choose Rasah, labu area, Temiang, Rahang, maybe is old area, but at least you can know your neighbor thumbup.gif
If want S2 area, get the places near to Mambau, air is cleaner and no high tension cables around.

Thanks for sharing.... I'm do researching now. No intention to move to Seremban for near future. If can find very attractive deal, will consider la!

P/s: the per sqft price is ard rm30-40 now. If boss got few units there very Huat lior.. brows.gif

Talk is cheap, people follow like sheep.
On all the heavy industries that will be shifting in to BSS, most of them are schedule waste generator. And those factories require "specialize skills" from Indon, Bangla to operate, so an international school will be needed.
If were to say foreigners that want their children to study in international schools, only European will do so, not Japs or Koreans which they prefer to come alone. As the school fees are not borne the companies, more on own pay.
There's no cruel intention to begin with, only have stupid followers that willing to trust crooked parties on their lies:w

I am glad you learnt, talk is cheap. Any proof of your statement? Learn from Sam kor, everything he stated comes with a link. That's credibility!

I don't think many locals can afford to send their child to international school, so you think the indon and bangla can afford, not bad then, they are the higher income foreign workers.
