I agree with you 2000% this time, sweet smell is every where nationwide including Singapore n things are getting sweeter by day.

You are welcome to get 3-4 properties in BSS, but Cheating people is not good, so don't involve me.

Yup, just that you missed the boat, the lowest price was rm10/sqft, rm80k for 8000sqft land. Just that infrastructure, recon the land will cost you rm100-150k before you can put a pillar for your bungalow doh.gif
For me, getting a house for own stay in Seremban you can choose Rasah, labu area, Temiang, Rahang, maybe is old area, but at least you can know your neighbor thumbup.gif
If want S2 area, get the places near to Mambau, air is cleaner and no high tension cables around.

Yes i agree with you 1000%, gas travels by air and not by bus,  and it can go in all directions, and how far it can go we never know.   whistling.gif  "Wind continues to blow, don't want to leave...."  whistling.gif (my favorite cantonese song from Leslie Chong)

So if the gas can reach BSS, it might also pass by S2 and into Seremban town, even to Nilai and KL. Just look at the haze!  Everyone has a fair share!  cry.gif

I used to disagree to everything you say to now agreeing everything you say, this is such a good feeling!   Keep it up supers!

Bro, of course it will blow, but the impact will be significantly reduced..

While in KL area normally in between 100 - 200 points (sometime hit 300 points), the API in Sumatera is constantly above 1000 and need evacuations shocking.gif shocking.gif shocking.gif

http://edition.cnn.com/2015/10/01/asia/ind...es-babies-haze/

Compare to the the incident point, the impact is reduced 70 - 90% at least I presume.

Therefore, if something happens to Kualiti Alam, I do agree other areas shall be infected as well, but the effect most likely is much minimal compare to the original area.. sweat.gif sweat.gif If take this haze as the reference, at least 70-90% reduction..

Haze problem is due to the burning hot spot within 30,000 acres of land.. That's why people in Malaysia / Singapore can feel it..

Fukushima reactor leaking problem involved people within 20 km evacuation while in 30km is advised stay at home. I don't think Kualiti Alam can be as bad as Fukushima that involves radioactive material.

If something happen to Kualiti Alam, I would expect something similar to the recent blast case in Tianjin China will happen (blasts with chemical waste).. The radius within 3 - 5 km are impacted the most, after that the impact will gradually decrease..

The imagine attached is not meant to cause public panic, it is just for the purpose of general knowledge.

Quoted from an article produced by Global Research:
"A tea distributor in Tokyo reported to the prefecture that it detected high levels of radioactivity in the tea shipped from the city. The prefecture ordered the factory to refrain from shipping out the product. After the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant, radioactive contamination of tea leaves and processed tea has been found over a wide area around Tokyo. (See 5 More Companies Detect Radiation In Their Tea Above Legal Limits Over 300 KM From Fukushima, June 15, 2011)"

Kualiti Alam is not keeping radioactive waste, so this rubbish does not work for Kualiti Alam.

Talk is cheap, people follow like sheep.
On all the heavy industries that will be shifting in to BSS, most of them are schedule waste generator. And those factories require "specialize skills" from Indon, Bangla to operate, so an international school will be needed.
If were to say foreigners that want their children to study in international schools, only European will do so, not Japs or Koreans which they prefer to come alone. As the school fees are not borne the companies, more on own pay.
