One more thing to note, ensure the cable you buy is minimum Cat 5e, or better still, Cat 6 and above.

QUOTE(kimyee73 @ Oct 28 2015, 09:53 AM) Got a call from TM marketing yesterday. Offered me Rm179 for 30mbps package with Hypptv Aneka pack, 600 minutes free call and hypptv everywhere for 2 concurrence devices. She said after 600 mins finish, the rate will go back to normal rate of free calls to all TM fixed line and 10sen/min to others. I'm currently on VIP10 @ rm179 as well. I'm currently on VIP 10 @ RM 169. I accepted the offer but now worried if she BS me on the phone rate after 600 mins is over. My wife could talk on the phone for over 30 hrs per month. Anyone else get same package offer? Have lodged enquiry via UniFi OCC for telemarketing to call me for the upgrade offer. Let's see how's the best offer could be negotiated should they call me... |

QUOTE(pasankia @ Oct 28 2015, 12:14 PM) pasankia,Agreed it's apparently one of the best deal within Malaysia, but still pathetic by comparing with our neighbour countries. UniFi always confuse themselves and their own customers. I think it's time for us to consolidate all the current and upgrade offers from the forumers to squeeze the best deal out of UniFi itself. |

Update as of now, just got the direct call TM (not agent) after sending enquiry via the OCC portal.
Below is what I got: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « When I emphasized that whether the Free 600 minutes call is available, the customer service officer told me that it will be available as long as the call is made directly from TM for the upgrade offer to existing customers. All the conversation has been recorded. The only downside is its pathetic upload speed. Sigh... |
