Anyone apply on the spot(as in over the Aeon Big counter)?

I don't have member card so I plan to apply member card first at the counter, then apply the credit card together, can?

yes, you can apply on the spot at aeon big. they have aeon credit counter and you can apply both cards there. just bring along related documents like payslip, etc. no need epf statement, they can print it there.

since you don't have both card, you can only apply at aeon big with aeon credit counter. cannot at aeon credit outside aeon big or at aeon big without aeon credit counter. i think all aeon big got aeon credit counter. or at least nearby in the same building at different level.

they all try to fully utilize the cash back for these cc.

Anyway, there will be 2% charge if to do that.
got more cash back like 5% to cover that 2%

Vox gives 5.3% rebate and PBVS gives 6% rebate, but you need to deduct the 2% convenience fee from Posonline. Anyway, Vox will probably be discontinued soon. Head to UOB thread to know more.
