I think I have an issue now. Though my AEON BiG card comes with PayWave but I don't recall activating anything with PIN nor change the PIN before.
CS only works until 11.00 p.m. so I can't get them... How to know ah? Test myself? Even that I also don't know the PIN to insert when next year comes.

I just receive my pin n pay card yesterday even my AEON BIG is come with paywave function all these while..

When was your card issued? Mine was in March. I will check with CS too.

Mine is February, n the new card expiry just additional 1 year than my existing card

Ah, then mine could be re-issued again. My card was approved and sent in early March.

N the CS told me I no need to reset my pin.. Coz I've earlier set my pin at their ATM machine for my old card.. She said the pin can be used in my new card, no need to change again..

I got my new pin and pay card last week...Together they send me another paper form letter and within is the pin code.. I guess is the pin that they pre-set to ur card...and u r advice to change the pin at their machine in their branch..
Still need further confirmation is tat really the way to set our new pin card..i havent have time to call up the CS to confirm..

Yes, that's what I did for my AEON Gold replacement too. I haven't received my PIN & Pay for AEON BiG, I thought I won't be receiving but looks like I may receive now.

the annual fee waived for 12 transactions per year, do we need to swipe at aeon big, or can swipe any where as long got 12 transactions?

Anywhere. I used at UOBPayOnline, easier to spilit into 12 payments.

Received my new PIN card too, my initially card was issued on April 2016, no idea why re-send to us

So, we no need to change the new PIN again ? Since I have received the temporary PIN letter along

Other than expired date and CVV different, noticed the chip is a bit different too

umobile cannot receive OTP from aeon

I think it's the smaller chip? Like my replaced AEON Gold. So, I should have mine too. Gotta wait. The worst thing is I may be travelling soon until end of the year and most of my cards are still not replaced, I'm just afraid my existing cards will be blocked when I'm in overseas.

i received a replacement new card 2 days ago together with a PIN 2 days ago also.
thought I just got the card in May.

the new chip looks very canggih with lots of stripes. like very complicated like that. Cool!

i didnt receive the temp PIN... the CS told me i've change the PIN using my earlier card, so, no necessary to change..
so, i asked, since i d do the PIN setting, y still send me the new card as the old card also have Paywave function, i thought they d do the PIN n Pay.. the CS told me the old card is not PIN n PAY yet... the PIN i set is just for ATM withdrawal.. but, new card i can use for retail transaction with PIN n Pay
