I guess this is your first credit card? I have never seen any other bank providing same-day unbilled transactions.
And FYI, consumer right is one thing, but technically a credit card transaction involves settlement among many parties(scheme, issuer, acquirer, merchant, gateway, processor etc etc), there is reason why the bank is not willing to do that although they can.
