Just got mine yesterday. Call CS on 29 or 30 sept to ask for rebate. They say spend at least RM150 within 1 month or 3 months, can’t remember.

So I’ve reloaded my BP on 1 October. Reflected in my transaction history RM25 cash rebate on 10 October (Did not spend anything on this card in Sept due to I know the cashback allocation must have been used up by end of Sept)

I just started 1 October. So no idea yet. Should be entitled unless they change the rules.

My petrol trasaction on 6 October, i get my rebate on 25 october. But not for my 20 october petrol.

I thought october spending, i will get the rebate in November?

I think only Online and Paywave got capped. Petrol and Aeon Member Day cashback no capping.

Anyway, im making payment for my first statement for aeon.

Due date is 17/11.

I made payment yesterday 10am, but until today check with aeon CS they say they did not receive payment. They say 3 working days for IBG. Shouldnt it be nornal IBG time? And I did ask what happened if they did not receive my payment by 17/11. Then she say will kena interest even tho i paid on 12/11.

Normally how many working days ur payment reflected in ur account?

Regarding petrol transaction rebate i've asked last time, why i only receive only 'some' cashback for petrol.

the answer is:

Only petrol transaction cashback is based on statement date - other cashback follow calendar month.

my petrol transaction is on 20 October 2019 and my statement date is 25 October 2019. It is posted on 23 October 2019 by the merchant, only petrol transaction posted 18 September - 17 October will be reflect in 25 October 2019 statement. Meaning for petrol transaction posted 18 October - 17 November will be reflected in November statement.

and for Bigpay transaction on 1 October 2019:

she said it should be eligible for cashback - however, she is unsure what there's no cashback credited in November for me. she forwarded my queries to her supervisor to follow up. I also mentioned that for the cashback to be fully utilised within 12 hours on 1 October would also be a bit 'tak logik'. So in my case they checking why. Will receive a call from her back latest by Monday.

Yes. CASH REBATE is for sst and not online.

I check with CS again on my question why no cashback - i check with them last friday, but they say they will check first.
