When we talk about ASX, there is no 100% ya FYI. But nowadays can easily top up. Just go and try it out. And also read this thread from the beginning so you get to know how people buy it.

I'm disappointed with the AS1M performance. Only 0.50c is c/f to FY 2016

1st Oct is the best time to top-up for AS1M. Unitholders would withdraw the dividend. Chance of getting the units is higher compare with other days.

used to be. based on asw2020 trend, it was all quiet on the dividend day. most have withdrawn. and the 'hardcore' ones won't withdraw.

If maybank don't rhb don't entertain you, go to other banks. Don't one shot try RM70k. Try RM10k. Best time morning when banks open (0930), lunch time (12-1230), at 3PM

Hmmm, 6.9% don't tell me next year they are going to use their reserves to give 6+? Don't tell me my prediction of PNB reserve for ASX is min 3 years is coming true.

I have gotten used to the idea that their c/f dividend is always >RM1.50. This time, it's 50Sen only, then out theory is true that over the last few months after the ASM dividend has been paid out, the turmoil has really been damaging to our PNB funds. I can safely assume that the ASB payout at the end of this year will be affected too.

If thing continue as thay are now, bad KLSE performance, giving out loans to support multiple Govern't initiatives which do not yield results, and possibily later on, helped to service coupon payments for 1MDB loans too, ASM payout next year is really going to get hit badly.

Addedd : I think funds need to be set aside too to cushion the RM1.00 fixed price if any investor sells, if the nav has dropped below RM1.00 per unit for that unit being sold. This can be avoided if the fund reverts back to VP fund, will help to reduce the overhead expense needed to cushion for the RM1.00 committed nav till the end of this year.
