That idea did cross my mind. But the idea was shelved because I failed to track down their names. I did try to look for their name tags, but they are not wearing it. Then I scout for the organizational chart, but it was not on display

So I made up my mind that it is better to let it go and get on with my life than to let the situation hold me down.

However, there is a possibility that I will rub shoulders with them again by the end of the year. If I do show up in ASNB office, they better perform up to my expectations; otherwise, ASW hunting trip will become witch hunt project

From your post above, are your "difficulties" akin to mine?

Just for information. Maybank2u might be having some problem with their system now. So any transfer to ASB, AS1M etc through Maybank2u might not go through.

I did one transfer to my mom's ASB account last saturday, but it still hasn't appeared in the ASNB system up until this morning. I've checked with both ASNB counter and Maybank counter.

It turned out that Maybank said the transaction was successful, but ASNB said that the money didn't come in. So Maybank has started investigation on the matter, and the representative said the problem could be resolved in 5 to 7 working days.

I guess, I won't be using Maybank2u to transfer to ASNB funds from now. Better just do it over the counter. Safer & instant.

From what the bank told me can topup using ic. But you better check with bank. Maybe what I said is old news
