I just called COE to set appointment for 1k km service on Friday @10am..
Well, i'm just genuinely surprised.. Cause my call was picked up immediately and the person on the phone straight set appointment for me. I even asked if Friday itself I can't make it what should I do, and she just told me to notify them to cancel the appointment. My call didn't even last 2 minutes lol. Now that's what I would call efficient. I was expecting to be on hold, or someone not answering the phone, etc (hahaha) Oh and as I was typing this, SMS confirmation for my service appointment was sent.. Also regarding the call being instantly picked up, you are lucky again. Many times when I call, they say the line is currently occupied. Anyway for 10k service what else you ask them to take a look/fix other than reverse sensors? and how come you need to leave your car behind?
