Hi all, I made purchases on Taobao and consolidated before shipping it out. But it is taking so long and the tracking stopped. It hasn't been updated for a week now. I noticed the courier company could be different locally but not too sure which company is it. Can someone pls assist? I can't read Chinese so I used auto translate but not too sure what to do now, who to contact, how to track, etc
