There are only few big players in the market. Whatever shipper you use mostly are just agent of those big players. Example your so call official direct ship also sub to dexi to do. Dexi is one of the big player out there. The one that I always engage is Tao-post com. This company warehouse is located at 2nd floor. Dexi headquarter is located at the ground floor. So again is just the agent of Dexi.

Cargo ship travelling from china to Port klang or Singapore port can take around 5 - 7 days. Rests of the time are like customs clearance, unload goods etc. It is nothing special.
