As long as all items received in good condition, I just ignore the shipping label LOL

1. Look at your orders, click "退款/退货"


2. Click "我要退款(无需退货) - 没收到货，或与卖家协商同意不用退货只退款"


3. Choose "快递一直未送到"


4. In the box below just say your parcel is lost then submit

Hopefully you are still within the 30 days window of submitting for refund request. If not, not only your parcel is lost, your refund is also lost

Direct shipping is no longer available for me. Checked with lots of items, none of them has direct shipping option anymore

Anyone else seeing the same thing as me?

You think this is a Taobao system error or it's a new implementation?

3rd party charges way too much for me
Might as well use the consolidated air shipping then pay the oversea shipping later. Still cheaper than using 3rd party or forwarder

Wouldn't it be easier if just use consolidated shipping then pay the shipping charges afterwards?
Is it going to be more expensive than using 3rd party warehouse?

How much does it cost for consolidated see shipping for 3KG?
And how long is the whole process from the seller ship out to arrive at your doorstep?

I remember I paid ¥356 for items that only cost 4KG, because I choose direct shipping and it involves lots of items and from multiple seller

I think the 2 above is not direct air shipping right?
Because direct air shipping is the left one in the image below
The center and the right shipping method is consolidated, just wondering which one is sea shipping and air shipping

CNMYG - GDex

WTF is CNMYB? Got courier in Malaysia that starts with the letter B?
