They are definitely using a new forwarder now

But were you able to track in Best Express afterwards on your previous order after it has been released from Customs?

Taobao keep changing the forwarding partner & local shipping company
From my previous experience, they started DHL eCommerce, then GDex, then Skynet
All of these previous purchases can always track in DEX-I

But now cannot anymore, so troublesome
It's 5PM now still not clear Customs, please don't sangkut
Before this I bought lots of wireless routers also never sangkut

Now only watercooling distro plate, please don't sangkut

Have to work at home for 2 weeks now because got positive case in office, was hoping I could finish my liquid cooling loop during this time

My parcel also won't get delivered la, unless suddenly tonight got update already released and transferred to warehouse, then 50-50 i can get it by tomorrow since I live in Subang Jaya

My previous experience with them is always good, delivery is always on the next working day after the parcel arrive at their warehouse

But this time, 2 days with no movement. Anyone else had this experience with them lately?

If 1 store cannot ship directly, I just look for the same item from a different store because sometimes the other store declares the item as something else so it can be shipped out directly
