how to read taobao? lol

tak cukup article on this ke, ezbuy may be cheap but not everyone had great experience with it.

Guys, how does revpay provide refund back to you if there's problem with transaction?
I was checking out multiple out items at once and right before I was about to pay the seller gave a bit of discount for one of the items.

Anyway i tried to redo payment but the total is as same before which should be less but I paid for it anyway since not much difference.
And now the problem is, that item that just got discounted by seller previously was still not considered as pending payment even after payment done.

So I basically paid a second time since obviously there was glitch with the previous transaction. So I should contact revpay regarding this? Provide transaction details/screenshots and everything?
Btw I was using online banking

Hi guys, I have a URGENT enquiry (plan to place order b4 1212 promo end midnight).

For first-time I considering placing order under Taobao Consolidation, previously I was using Direct, but the quotation seem quite high CNY220 for (9 cloths, 2 shoes, 3 pants, 2 cap), none is heavy object.

So my question is if lastly Consolidation quotation is higher, am I allow to switch back to Direct?

ABX is terrible, anybody buying from taobao please don't use this company.

in KL? My item ady stuck at their subang warehouse for 3 days, keep updating to 'Shipment on Tracing' everytime I call their customer service and when i called their subang branch, nobody pick up my calls, i called for more than 20 times.

would like to ask, tabao global direct shipping no longer available anymore?..seems doesn't have option to choose it anymore...havent been buying anything for few months..and now taobao cargo is the only option

I'm gonna try using prouter to ship items that's not available for tgds/cargo
Any feedback for prouter service now that lazada group handles the shipping here?

Ah..... i don't really mind if i receive my items late. Just don't forget to send them afterwards.

my brother in law just received his package from direct taobao, and the items inside all missing with empty boxes and only 1 bag. What should he do? I asked him to go through an agent before, he pandai2 go direct taobao pulak, now this shit. How ar?

I can't find that option, but regardless taobao has refunded my delivery cost. So every single sen is recouped. Yeay. 

Anyone of you have bought bulky items using tgds before? The item im going to buy is 55kg cost around 2200¥ and the shipping fee is a 28¥, do I need to pay anything else such as local shipping fee or duty? The net price calculated by taobao including direct shipping is 2228¥. It is a racing seat for gaming.

Yes can. But you will have to wait until all the items are refunded only Tao Bao will proceed with the shipping refund.
I did it from clicking some buttons from my control panel.    Well, the CS pointed me there so yeah.

Just send an email to english@service.alibaba.com. And somebody will reply to you in english. Basically, we need to request the refund manually. If not, taobao would not refund. Don't worry, somebody will reply to your email. In English.

During checkout, the tgds have remarks saying if the weight and volumetric doesn't exceed 60kg and 120cm³ and the shipping fee is 28¥

see the attachment, taobao says only one time payment for global direct shipping to Malaysia and Singapore.
