Hi, I got problem with my shipment. Anyone ever got refund from Taobao? I bought halloween accessories from Taobao, and they refused to send to Malaysia. So I request for refund, but refund is denied from seller. Please help

I also encountered this before. My guess is maybe the stuff I want to order has highly flammable chemical or paint on them. 

Or maybe Taobao wants to force me to use its sea shipping service which has a ridiculous volumetric fee charges. 

Don't know about sea shipping but the cost of air shipping does increased.
Now, parcel will be charge RMB21 for the first 500g and RMB15 every subsequent 500g.

All air shipment under TB official forwarder to East Malaysia is suspended until further notice. The notice about this air shipment to East Malaysia suspension is so obvious under TB app. But you are purely so ignorant.

You can look for 3rd party forwarder. But now no point to use air shipment.

  i just used their service 1 week ago.. i also found out late about the bad reviews... Now i can only hope my items wont go missing. I see some customers get their items on time...

in their ToS, they even mention that they can remove any reviews however they want, so if bad reviews confirm remove one hahahahha.. they only leave behind all the good reviews.

actually other shipping companies also mention "wont refund in full" in their ToS. I wonder how other companies deal with lost shipments?
