i think you may have placed orders that do not have TGDS or consolidation shipment option...and by default the system will choose "contact seller for shipment" option

not sure if it's myself facing this issue...

i tried to use direct shipping / air freight for many stuff such as clothes / toys, even tried one per order but these options not available anymore

only left with sea freight and contact seller options...

how come ?

i tried clothes with diff sellers ...same issue

don't tell me clothes are sensitive items

even the stuff that i used to buy before using TGDS now no longer has TGDS / air freight options

All air shipment under TB official forwarder to East Malaysia is suspended until further notice. The notice about this air shipment to East Malaysia suspension is so obvious under TB app. But you are purely so ignorant.

You can look for 3rd party forwarder. But now no point to use air shipment.
