today my status was changed to "overseas shipping" and the tracking number starts with 60... I thought it will be sent by 中通快递 (ZTO) but it wrote it actually sent by 中通秀驿 (COE), I hope it won't be too long of shipping by COE... From this page, it says COE tracking number could be tracked with Skynet's website in Malaysia, though I don't know if it could only be tracked after item arrived here or not, so far no records found on Skynet website...

I have a shipment using Lazada Air, paid on 12 Dec, shipped out same day, landed and cleared Kastam on 14 Dec! (will update later when delivered)

My 2 other separate shipments with 4PX stuck at Kastam since 9 Dec, both 4PX and Air Pak say nothing they can do with the delay.

My Lazada Air's shipment came in later and cleared without delay, therefore it shows the efficiency of the local courier i.e. GDex.

I think the delay is mainly caused by the courier company being inefficient and incompetent in moving the goods to clear Kastam. They can say due to a lot of goods and silly excuses blah blah blah, but at the end of the day it's their incompetency.

Dear all bro and sis.

New b here i have purchase some bicycle part from tao pao. The seller ship out the part out in the same day. It take 2days to reach hong kong customs very fast. But after that the status update stop there。
Below is the screenshot. Which Malaysia courier service should i contact Skynet, Gdex or..? How am i going to track the status? I try ask tao pao service they cant help as this ship out from CHN. They only can track up to CHN customs.

Worst case if the things pending at malaysia customs at tax is required they will call me right?

Thx again. During this time i am not able to track the status right? Meaning by uisng skynet web tracking. Until it clered by customs mas...? Becoz i tried to track but no record found. :-)
