Did my 40,000KM major service on 15/02/16. My mileage at that time was 19,911KM. I am following the duration, not the mileage. And yes, it is the last free service. My car is 2 years old now.
*
That is really low mileage. Yeah, in your case, you definitely have to follow the duration, because you are more than 10,000km short...you would've missed one service otherwise. I am only short of 1,500km, so I can use the car just a little bit more than usual to reach 40,000km before my 2 years free service expired.

actually there is a reason why 6 months or 10k km.
does not means u need to him 10k km only go to change even if it is 2 years.

you need to take consideration of traffic jam (if any) .. as well as oil quality degrade due to oxidation. thats why it is recommend 6 months or 10k km which ever come first.

Yeah, I am aware of the reason. Like I said in my earlier post, it is just my personal preference to have my service record nicely serviced according to mileage (as opposed to being slightly short), whenever possible.

Yes. First batch of lancer without the cooler tends to overheat when cruising at higher speed (140+).
I believe all the lancer, asx cvt comes with the cooler nowadays.

hmm.gif where can install nice ones?
QUOTE(lucifah @ Apr 29 2016, 08:29 AM)
the atf / cvt cooler is for transmission, not for engine...  smile.gif

I know aaa.. Just that many mechanics say NA engine not necessary to have the cvt cooler..

When did you purchase your ASX? IIRC they do provide free 5 yrs / 100,000 km service promo end of last year? Even the enhance model also entitle 2 yrs / 40,000 km free service.

Hi everyone, I'm not an owner of the ASX but I'm planning to use the ASX as my rental car at Aus for my holiday trip. I'm just wondering if ASX boot space is big enough for 4 large luggage bags? Size of luggage bag is about 28". Thanks smile.gif
