It is definitely not cheap
Australia store is only AUD 1390 (After tax rebate) for iPhone 6S Plus 128 GB, which is roughly RM 4170, provided 1AUD = RM 3

Today, I read about this Samsung VS TSMC nonsense. Apparently the TSMC chip provides a much better battery life but the source/screenshot doesn't look very convincing. I downloaded the app and found out that mine is a Samsung chip (I'd prefer TSMC if I could choose) but battery life has been great so far. Based on my normal usage pattern, I go home with my 6S+ around 60% battery left. My 6+ would end up around 30%.

YES for a phone so expensive I would want to get the TSMC chip too...Wanted to buy but held back because of a 20% less battery life in benchmark test.. And statement by apple too.. Apple stated the TSMC leads by 3% in daily use lol. But I think they spin the results and it might be more significant than this because they wouldn't make a statement if this isn't true.. Apple says 2%-3% difference only but that user says he tested and up to 2 hours difference in battery life. WTF, that's a lot Wanted to buy but held back because of a 20% less battery life in benchmark test.. And statement by apple too.. |

Because if Appple made a statement means there are confirmed.... That the TSMC is superior compared to the Samsung one. Now have to play two lottery, get perfect screen and TSMC |

I dont think you can compare 6+ and 6S+ as new chip are supposed to be more efficient too, and to a fact that your 6+ battery might be degraded over the time |

The point I'm trying to say is, my 6S+ comes with Samsung chip (a bit sad) and yet provide good battery life so not sure if TSMC chip is really so much better? |

Yea i like the battery life of my 6+ and looking forward if 6S+ is much more better but how do we identify the chip ? coming from a 5S to 6+, it is like jumping from hell to heaven |

Hence I used CPU identifier and found out that mine is a Samsung; sigh QUOTE(oldKyoo @ Oct 9 2015, 11:20 AM) If the TSMC can give me 1 hour extra, I'd be more than happy to change |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Oct 9 2015, 10:17 AM) For MAXIS : The final confirmation receipt clearly shows delivery date and center of collection. Mine was 16 Oct Its off no difference if you booked at 12am yesterday or this morning as there is still stock as of this morning. Rose Gold is sold out as usual but there are still abundance of other colours. |

Really too much trade off. Will wait for ip7. 1 year is very fast to go by especially in current economy situation. |
