But maxis stated rrp exclude gst. So maybe it's due to that.

For MAXIS : The final confirmation receipt clearly shows delivery date and center of collection. Mine was 16 Oct

The delivery date is indicated before you click the final checkout button
GST is on phone price plus advance payment ( rebated back over 4 months)
Price for the 64GB Plus is RM 2840 + Advance payment RM 512 ( this will be rebated back over 4 months) + RM 128 as first month payment of plan ( I signed up for the MOP 128)
All these you can easily view in Maxis site for the various models

No, you are unable to buy just a phone from Telco, as I know for Digi

You can buy phone with installment (12/24 months) + plan or EPP (phone + monthly fee) for 12/24 months depend on what plan.

For digi my delivery date is at "processing". Since I'm in Sabah I can't pick the options to have midnight delivery sad.gif
