The long queues, the fellow ifags u meet along the queue and the camaderie. Not to mention the anxiety of not getting the model you wanted so bad. the moment of truth when the staffs from the store comea out with the order slips for you to fill in what model and colour you want. When you get the slip is like hitting the jackpot and when the staff tell you that your particular model is no more in stock because the 2 dudes in front of you bought the last units. Seven years running and the iPhone Day-1 buying group is still tight as ever. |

QUOTE(kokhoong0624 @ Sep 26 2015, 12:22 AM) One thing about Android that will never catch up with iOS is how the notifications are delivered. Where did you get that info any link or u are one of the developer. Or just your assumption BTW I'm using both of the os and there's is no difference when I received my notification. If u talking about the battery of the iPhone I use almost all the models of the iPhone and their battery is worse than I thought only the 6 plus I can get through more than a day. You'll realize that the iPhone only have 1000+mAH of power and some Androids have 3000+mAH of power but doesn't last three times as long as the iPhone when used after a period of time. One of the reasons is because of the Push Notifications in iPhone. I think it's one of the greatest feature in iOS that are rarely mentioned. When you run an Android, all the apps like Whatsapp, Wechat, Fb all have to stay in the background and prepare to receive notification and if one app isn't done properly by the developer it's gonna drain lots of power and your phone gonna die. This explains why Android when you install more apps the battery dies faster. But in iOS. What happens is.. All apps are shut down in the background.. and when you receive a Whatsapp message, fb notification or wechat, the servers have to send to Apple server then "Pushed" to your iPhone. Hence only the Apple push notification have to stay awake and other apps can be turned off completely and save a great load of battery life.. How android counter this? Add battery capacity each year. That's not cool. haha Just my two cents. No offense. Like I said ios is very different from Android. Multitasking, screen resolution etc. need more power. QUOTE(1likegadg3t @ Sep 26 2015, 10:26 AM) started my battery test today morning. so far feels same as 6plus. as for the overall performance, to be honest, it feels just as fast. might be a big thing for people coming from 2 gens or more back. 3d touch might become as important as pinch to zoom only if we get used to it. no reviews on video and pictures as of now. |

Checked out iPhone 6s at Apple Store today. Don't like the 3D touch but quite cool tho, rose gold not so nice actually, and um... 4k video? 4k is the future but not the present. Camera can see a bit of improvement over iPhone 6. Overall nothing much for me.

Major improvement and advancement usually comes with the next generation of Iphone. |

QUOTE(harmeet15 @ Sep 26 2015, 10:42 AM) i am no camera expert neither i am a good photographer. I saw the video review by the verge staff. They gave more points to s6 edge plus vs ip6s vs lgg4. The ip6s only wins in that 1st picture. I think review was well done. You can find it on youtube. They gave quite detailed explanations on each of the scenesbut there are some people who are both and have taken some nice clicks for review. ![]() ![]() iPhone 6s Plus at top vs Galaxy S6 Edge+ at bottom ![]() ![]() iPhone 6s Plus at top vs Galaxy S6 Edge+ at bottom ![]() ![]() iPhone 6s Plus at top vs Galaxy S6 Edge+ at bottom |

QUOTE(1likegadg3t @ Sep 26 2015, 10:26 AM) used both iphone and lg g3 in the same time. no comment so far on the phone haha. since i upgrade from 5s, so in term of battery and user interface improve alot for me. 3d touch is something new but take time to learn and use it.i'm in oversea so 6s come with VoLte function which offered by the telco but yet to try out because VoLTE need both caller and recipient on same network. bought 6s not for showing off but for personal usage since previous 5s was starting to show some abnormal behaviour. not to compare apple with orange because different users have different preferences on their main daily driver phone. for the battery consumption, need few days letting the battery to be more stable before proceed with any comments. 1gb ram on previous 5s and 2gb ram on 6s show major differences between smoothness of apps transition and multi-tasking. |
