there is an article in newspaper lately that buyers protesting as till now still balloting for more than 1 year on other projects by the same developer. anyone can verify?

Anyone has signed the SNP? Till now i x sign it as the appointed solicitor told me that they will call me once they receive instruction fr developer...

Two weeks ago SInChew Jit Poh under Metro section.

u better check with developer again, coz last time when i dragged to sign SnP, i get call informed me if the SnP till not sign by Ogos will considered the purchaser tarik diri and the unit will reopen for others purchaser who interested & layak (in waiting list). who s the lawyer assigned to u?

maybe u can forward purchase form and IC to them,so they can process it first,carpark bay no. u know already?

developer told me call to lawyer next week....they just sent the car park bay no to lawyer... tats y the signing has been delayed..

Mean the developer already sign their part?
