My friend is going to buy this property for investment purpose because its cheap, not sure if its a good idea though, what do you guys think?

actually its quite a lot. But think again, if the applicant can't even save 15k for their entire life, they mayb not ready yet to commit themselves into buying a house. Or, maybe Sinarjuta just financially weak and need those money

tbh at kepong area foreigner u see the most is bangla, myanmarian, indon and african. Good luck if you think you are able to find someone like a british or australian to rent your property at this area.

RUMAWIP cannot rent out for 10 years, but since there is no control, as long as the owner do it under table there will be no problem. RM200k unit and someone pay the installment for you is not a bad deal, a lot of my friends already planning to rent to "foreigner" under table upon VP. Good luck for all the projects nearby, i really hope its only my friends doing this otherwise it will be doomed.

According to RUMAWIP website, it did mention owner cannot rent out their unit.

Maybe you should get your fact right.
