Yea, registered and paid the booking/deposit quite sometime back - that time batch #01 just closed, so was placed under 2nd batch. Typical sales/agent drama when you call for updates, and they just postpone say 1 week later will call back la, after one week wait another one week la..then say no news from developer la (they seriously don't even bother to follow-up unless you call them)

Finally decided to cancel and get refund since so horrible progress, then agent say name in 2nd ballot list, that time also no longer interested, proceed with cancellation - already fed up with such poor service. Somore say can get back refund within 1 week.. wait long long la, 1 month liao also nothing, say developer working on it - end up directly contact the developer main company,FABER VISTA to get proper follow up (that's 2 days ago - pending refund and their call now)

update on my refund, got a call from sinerjuta this morning to inform that i'll receive refund in a month's time (before cny)

according to developer, yes full refund, no charges/fees

no fees, 100% refund from the developer
but seriously poor CR/PR from their admin during the refund.

from my what the sales agent told me - the station is within 10 minute walking distance, near the AEON Kepong. (that was quite a long time back)

I have no idea how or where they are going to place the station, that area is pretty packed with commercial shoplots

Any owner/tenant(s) here?
