u better check with developer again, coz last time when i dragged to sign SnP, i get call informed me if the SnP till not sign by Ogos will considered the purchaser tarik diri and the unit will reopen for others purchaser who interested & layak (in waiting list). who s the lawyer assigned to u?

maybe u can forward purchase form and IC to them,so they can process it first,carpark bay no. u know already?

yalo..and need to prepare balance first 10 %,if want to withdraw from kwsp account 2 also need to wait after stamping rite? 

So, the total fees to pay besides the loan legal fees of RM3.7k will be stamping fee right? Any other fees?
May I know the total estimation of All these fees is how much?

Thanks, that's mean besides the RM 3.7k for settle all the lawyer n documents fee, we need to prepare the balance of the 10% ( minus 15k booking fees)?
