super high den but price very attractive

super cheap..too bad im not qualified

with 3k units, the 35 shops look like a good deal!! The affordable apartments also great deal for ownstay for those within d criteria..

Conditions to purchase:
1. 21 years and above
2. Staying in KLmore than 3 years; or working in KL more than 3 years
3. Do not own any residential in KL
4. Husband & wife / single salary < RM8,000
5. Cannot sell within 10 years

i saw in the sun that it will be around RM200k..

I saw from the Developer Project Brief (Sales Kit) that given to me that it selling RM188,000 - RM198,000

Wow RM200k for 800sqft ! Even some low cost flat hard to beat his kinda price, and this come with facilities some more.
