Even marketing kaw kaw however very slow sales during launching.
0 dp and freehold also cannot jalan.
Not so havoc if want to compared with saujana klia and bdr puteri warisan.
Slowly take time to finish the sales for phase 1.
Mostly the reasons is the location and access.

the new Salak Tinggi Interchange Exit 609 its located at Ampar Tenang estate aka sime darby serenia city. This is more closer to Kota Warisan, Bdr Puteri Warisan, Saujana KLIA, Xiamen U, KLIO

Nilai area very competitive bro, some more bumi oso got 10% discount and the NS props are so much cheaper. Developers like Seri Pajam are also very active in the NS area and SDP recently launched Kiara Court at 305K NB price & Azalea 2, so plenty of choices for the buyers in Nilai.

Accesssibility wise, I think the props in Nilai will be more acceessible than Greenwoods?

Any way to connect to this area directly from Kota Warisan? If not then it's tough to sell...Kota Warisan accessibility is much better since there's a new Elite interchange under construction already... Saw the massive earth work near KLIO and the new interchange.

Maybe got some kampung trunk road from KW to SP? That is why Avira is selling so much higher than Greenwoods, one of the factor is due to the accessibility?

I guess its quite good as they are opening only the first 4 rows.
The other 2 rows will only be open later.
2/3 taken so far.

Since im getting for own stay, the location and accessibility dont really matters.
Price matters. 480K is not bad.

I have also booked an unit here, planning for own stay too. But i m abit concerned on the accessibility. Are there any plans to build linkage to kota warisan? It seem more happening in Kota warisan that side.

congratz...if u love hiking or mountain biking you will love salak perdana..theres a natural lake behind hill of the earlier phase houses..nice view from the top thumbup.gif
