The history of Salak Perdana,

Previously known as Taman Kenanga, is one of the country's largest abandoned housing projects located in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Selangor. The project was abandoned in 1999. Then NCT United Development has undertaken the re-development of Taman Kenanga to complete the previous abandoned house. The house was completed and KV last year. Then on Jan 2015, Paramount Property had bought over 96ha land from NCT United Development.

Salak Perdana location a bit far from Kota Warisan. Consider this Salak Perdana is standalone township. So far still no commercial area in this location. Nearest commercial located at Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi.

Access road only Jalan Jenderam - Sepang

Elite highway interchange will be opened at kota warisan soon so no hope. ERL station is near hwever due to lack of acces, needs to drive to salak tinggi-nilai main road to go to erl at kota warisan.

went to salak perdana, the location is surrounding with TNB high tension cable,
there are 2 different TNB HT directions across salak perdana. Sorry forgot to take picture.

yes very close and crossing Salak perdana area. Not 1 but 2 HTC crossing the site.

i dong think so, xiamen u under sunsuria township. The development will incldue with apartment, soho, landed also commercial.
also close to KL internatinal outlet will give more advantage to students.

Even marketing kaw kaw however very slow sales during launching.
0 dp and freehold also cannot jalan.
Not so havoc if want to compared with saujana klia and bdr puteri warisan.
Slowly take time to finish the sales for phase 1.
Mostly the reasons is the location and access.

the new Salak Tinggi Interchange Exit 609 its located at Ampar Tenang estate aka sime darby serenia city. This is more closer to Kota Warisan, Bdr Puteri Warisan, Saujana KLIA, Xiamen U, KLIO
