The history of Salak Perdana,

Previously known as Taman Kenanga, is one of the country's largest abandoned housing projects located in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Selangor. The project was abandoned in 1999. Then NCT United Development has undertaken the re-development of Taman Kenanga to complete the previous abandoned house. The house was completed and KV last year. Then on Jan 2015, Paramount Property had bought over 96ha land from NCT United Development.

Salak Perdana location a bit far from Kota Warisan. Consider this Salak Perdana is standalone township. So far still no commercial area in this location. Nearest commercial located at Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi.

Access road only Jalan Jenderam - Sepang

location wise not really good. Are they going to built a direct access to elite? Curious to know about the pricing as well. The façade looks so so only. Interesting to see whether they can emulate their success in Kemuning Utama.

This area seems like it's going to have a bit of development in future. It's near the Salak Tinggi ERL station.

Surrounding will be future Serenia City by Sime Darby (there's mentioned of proposed Elite interchange), KL International Outlet (KLIO), Xiamen University Malaysia, Sunsuria City.

Just have a look at Wikimapia on the surroundings. Seems like more and more development along the way to airport.

yup..its actually near to sunsuria and ERL station but due to lack of access, people have to drive to salak tinggi-nilai main road to go to ERL and kota warisan...if paramount can built flyover crossing ERL track to connect kota warisan, i think salak perdana will be more attractive

this pricing sounds good
but have to depends their future access too since is standalone township
future phase, semi-d, shoplot, townhouse, apartment and condo?

yeah..have to wait their masterplan..i got masterplan from prev. developer but since paramount already takeover this project, i dont think they will follow the masterplan from prev developer
