Yes, I think only some of the props will be selling at the min price to attract buyers, so will be the 1st to be sold.

Depends on whether there are commercial area nearby & whether it is convenient to travel to the airports. I think they prefer to stay in more established area with easy access to comm area than in new townships

Nilai area very competitive bro, some more bumi oso got 10% discount and the NS props are so much cheaper. Developers like Seri Pajam are also very active in the NS area and SDP recently launched Kiara Court at 305K NB price & Azalea 2, so plenty of choices for the buyers in Nilai.

Accesssibility wise, I think the props in Nilai will be more acceessible than Greenwoods?

I think the main resasons why this Greenwooeds is selling so cheap is because of HTC, accessibility problem and a mosque located next to it. If Paramount sell at same price with Avira, sure sangkut cannot sell!

U think this Avira is a good buy? Last weekend they absorbed MOT which is a good deal. Some more they have this deferred payment scheme which is a good one IMO, allow the buyers more time to pay! thumbup.gif
