This location is suitable to gov servant who working in Putrajaya... If they want to buy for own stay, this will be good location..

520k with 10% rebate at salak south.. surrounding price also around there. At least they are selling market price. Alot of other developers are selling current projects with future price. So when the owners receive keys will be future future price lol

How is their track record? I only aware this Paramount Property when they launched Sejati Residences.

Paramount is good. They deliver decent finishing and select quality materials. Those who purchased Kemuning Utama back then will know. Recent ones I am not sure.. hope they still retain their quality

Yes, reputable developer offering good rebate for affordable freehold DSL is really a good deal. But not sure how they will gate their fence next time as this 96 units will be build on the cleared land which is next to the existing units.

If you buy for own atay.....anytime is a good time to buy provided you are ready for a wind change.


If you buy for investment...its a hard call
