Dear All,

Sincere apology for not replying to each and every post at this thread.

As at this moment, you as home fibre internet users may faced difficulties in browsing or having smooth internet connection at the evening/night. We apologize for such experience.

Do rest assured that rectification work is in progress wherein our tech team is rectifying the issue at their best efforts to ensure no such occurrences to happen again. However, there is no tentative timeline to be advised right now. Hence, we do wish that everyone faced the issue could accord his/her patience towards this issue.

same problem here ... my ping is between 150- 170 while playing dota2 reborn, this issue happen since last week... damn frustrating vmad.gif

Is Maxis doing the QoS control?
I am using 10mbps,but I can't multitask(like gaming and listening to online music) with this internet service....

getting ~120ms to sgp-1.valve.net which is in Singapore with spike up to 300ms
and this only happens at night around 7pm to the wee hours in the morning
latency is fine during daytime.. getting a good ~15ms

what is happening??? it's like you guys purposely scheduled something and it is degrading your service!!

MAXIS please make your technical team aware of this issue!!
and find an explanation for us

Try get in touch and bring up this matter directly to their staff at noc (network oper center) It's likely that someone at the noc didn't get message escalated by their customer supports

Gonna give it till Wednesday for them to fix things. If they can't provide reasonable standards of service I should be able to terminate my contract. This is bloody rubbish

I feel the same. No proper internet. We have right to terminate, so long already.

At start they dont even want to reply
