It's been almost three weeks now lol. Luckily I already terminated and will be changing to UniFi this Wednesday.

It is getting worse now. Even in the morning, it spikes to >2k ms numerous times. This is getting ridiculous and so far there's still no satisfactory answer.

Please fix the problem ASAP Maxis. It happens exactly at 8 PM which is my free hour to play DotA. This is really frustrating, it has been 2 weeks+ already.

Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know that the issue happens only when you played Dota or browsing other web as well?

Only DotA for me. Browsing and streaming are all good and i dont really care.

I get 130ms+ when i ping sgp-1.valve.net and sgp-2.valve.net starting around 8PM until 1-2AM. It was fine 2 weeks ago. Please fix this ASAP.

EDIT: And the ping is 140+ms right now.
EDIT: Its not only me by the way, its happening to everyone with Maxis Fibre.

What you gave to Maxis is a waste of time actually.For me,I have been facin to slow browsing issues, high ping when gaming,QoS been cut down seriously and sometimes the internet totally down.All this problem is exists for 5 months and still go on.Guys,look it is 5 months,not 5 days.I wonder what takes them 5 month to investigate and until now,they haven't give me an exact answer for my problem. Somehow,they started ignore my message since last week.

are u guys even trying to fix it or not?

if u give me shitty ping, why should i pay for the September bill? 1 month 14 days already, how long u expect me to wait? u charge me because u give me internet service, if u give me shitty internet service for 1 month 14 days, do u think i need to pay?

i really cant tolerate anymore already, gona faking terminate.
