i think there were some type of wild mice in our country ..if not mistaken la..i also dont see..many thing i only see through encyclopedia only hehe

Trus, there are mice in Malaysia. Only in the wild , like in the jungle. I saw them in muzium in Kuching, Sarawak. Also many types oy rats I saw there. Of course, all dead ones.

but there are many stories of atrocities committed with hungry rats ... by VIetnamese on American POWs .

like having American PoWs live in knee deep water. with dozens of hungry rats.

as you know , rats are known to eat elephant feet that are chained up in the zoo.

I agree with yitjuan. A bunch a really hungry rats can attack and eat human. Of course, they prefer that we already dead and they need not to attack us .... but just eat.

To someone who got plenty of snakes.

i was at camerons recently at the butterfly park. they were feeding mice (which died on delivery) to the snakes. i hope none of them were yours...poor things

If they do not feed snakes with mice, then feed them with what .... rice?

Unless U are a vegetarian, U MUST accept this .... because we eat chicken, fish and many other living things. But I do agree with you if we kill them for fun or sport, then it is not right.

K3N, your case is another good example why a rat should die. It was sort of sacrificial death, to help human kind to fight diseases and also to gain knowledge.

Actually, if you think carefully, feeding a rat to a snake compared to a chicken in the slaughter house. A rat dies almost immediately after the breath is squeezed out of it and it basically suffocates. A chicken in the slaughter house, on the other hand, will have it's neck cut and dunked in boiling water to scald the feathers off. Half the time the chicken can still feel and move after it's neck has been cut.

Wow...only 3 offsprings...our spraque dowley in our labs always give a birth to 11 or 12 babies per birth...

aiyo, their face look so blur........so cute lah, better let all ur collegues adopt them lah, if not will be feed to snakes, kesian leh..........
