They all lab rats..all white with red eyes

In my faculty's Animals house, the mice smell more bad compare to rats. i kept about 40 rats under my study and all of them are male..yes, they poo a lot but the smells is lesser compare to mouse.

tikusniaga, u kept 100 of rats? Wow..ur pets? Hohohoo...but my rats never smells like pandan thingy..hohoho...maybe u feed ur rats with kek pandan?

I think the house rats can be tame...but u must start from their babies. hard to gets but if i not forget, we use to cought 3-4 house rats babies last time during store cleaning. it was 4-5 years ago...and of course, all of them got killed.

Wow...only 3 offsprings...our spraque dowley in our labs always give a birth to 11 or 12 babies per birth...

Hi guys, how u manage to remove the flea on ur Rats body?

I also think on same way..bathing with shampoo or medication. However this is not a pet rats/ feeder rats for snake etc. They are rats for laboratory purpose. Maybe got flea from other cages/rooms because in total, we have more than 500 rats in this animal house and i only manage to handles 50 of them ..not all student care about they lab rats..

Im just go through the infomation on the very 1st page. Is the rat chow is hard to get here? Actually i know a lab supplier which supplied a rats chow and i forget how much he sells per bags. In UPM also we got sells those rats chow pallets in Veterinary faculty..they sells in kg later i'll go check for u guys

gold coin? some lab use that kind..but not in our faculty. I forgot the exact name of the rats pellet that we used because we order it in kilos. The gold coin brands pellets are smallsē and easy to break, and we only order it as emergency stock. Our lab use the bigger pallet...later i check for u guys tomorrow.

got one question here...how u clean ur rats tail if it become dirty?
