How can they simply slap on an annual fee when it has been very clearly stated "Annual fee:Lifetime fee waiver" for these cards.. I believe they will get into trouble if they do so.

currently im working in singapore, so my MY phone numbers wont be working anymore. and my e-banking TAC number used to send to MY number. now it cant dy anyway to change to singapore number? or anything i can do? |

Why not working anymore? Already terminated? If you want to retain your MY banking, TAC is still needed... If it is just that you can't receive SMS or anything that means your roaming is not turned on, just get your telco to enable for you. Then, you can receive SMS. Receiving SMS is free.
