I wonder how to repair this since that i do not have any firewall install but it just say like what inside the picture. I think this makes that my torrent cant find any seed.

I get that as well and i don't think its the culprit that is causing all the problems.
Streamyx is still having problems with international links and not to mention they have been throttling BT itself. So that might be the real cause.

Is tuotu.exe a bt client?
If yes then you should allow internet connection to it.
Go to your control panel, look for windows firewall, exeception list and enable the bt client.

only this week start very hard to connect to tracker.....and yet i found something weird about tuotu first i install it without changing my language to Chinese PRC and yet the tuotu cant be read on chinese but after i change my language to Chinese PRC then Tuotu download folder and file all spoilt

 is the speed too low for u all?y u all can have up to 100kbps but my maximum is like 50kbps only? any1 help me?i'm using wireless router..duno how to port forward..it's airport |
