Why you prefer Filco?

Most enthusiast here recommend Filco because their built quality is great and no LEDs to worry about thumbup.gif

I don't go keyboard shopping that often so I can't answer your question, perhaps wait a little longer and someone will answer it.

I've been hearing everywhere that the keycaps on Filco keyboards become shiny after some use and the letters start to fade, I'm planning to buy one is it something I have to be very concerned about?

Most OEM keyboard that come with ABS keycaps tend to shine very fast blush.gif

As the letters are laser etched, I don't think that it will fade though.

Cooler Master's Quick Fire Rapid-i is the first one i think of

Sad to hear that, budget-ish brand of mech. I think nowdays left with ducky zero as the lowest branded mech kb around.

controller fried? if the warranty is still valid, then go ahead and get a replacement. otherwise, salvage the parts and make a custom keyboard with Phantom PCB whistling.gif whistling.gif
