but if backlit is not a must, i strongly recommend filco majestouch 2 tkl

Most enthusiast here recommend Filco because their built quality is great and no LEDs to worry about

I think you might be misunderstanding the meaning of "programmable keyboard" bro

Poker3 is pricey, but if you can afford then it's ok.
Otherwise, will recommend KBParadise V60 then Poker2.
By default, Poker3 provided the all keys like in full layout.
The downside is you needs additional Fn keys to trigger such keys like F1-F12, arrows etc.

If you feel the keys not suit you or you wish stronger remap/script options...
You can use software to remap your keys to suit your daily use. I recommend AutoHotKey.

and i am looking for a hard case for my filco tkl. the bag that come with the razer tourny chroma looks sweet but nobody willing to sell 

office, i bring it to office everyday but use a recycle bag to carry it 

IMO better to just buy the exact same model of keyboard for your office instead of starting to spend money on accessories & taking the trouble to carry it around.

IMHO if you're a typer you can try some tactile ( brown, ergo clear switches, topre )/ clicky switch ( blue ), linear I would suggest trying gateron black switches
