i'm planning to buy a new wallet , target Rm 2k- 4k .. any recommendation ? i heard Alrfred Dunhill , Hermes and LV brand are not bad , so far havent decided yet ,kindly give some advise .... thank you .

2-4k covers pretty much most luxury brands. Hermes is nice but would you put such an exquisite thing in your butt pocket?

Im using LV Taiga Multiple Wallet... Good enough for me...

Its 2k plus.. Hardly see men carry Hermes wallet though... Mostly are Prada, LV, Gucci, Bottega and some Mont Blanc

Dont know about you guys, but spending 4k on a wallet that rarely see the light of the day is a bit too indulgent imho. But then it's your dosh, buy what makes you happy

Anything will do coz u have the budget....less than 2k u will get Prada, Zegna, Fendi, Alfred, Mont Blanc, SF, Gucci, venetta and many more..

Or you can get RL Purple label but that's 8k loll.. insane

Most luxury branded goods are just...well, branded. If you want an awesome wallet and not an awesome brand. Look at anything made using Horween Shell Cordovan.

Personally, I went for Mitchell's money clip wallet with shell cordovan -- which is usually sold out and he only has limited quantities. This is simply due to the fact that there's limited supply of Horween's shell cordovan. All I can say, the wallet is amazing and I foresee it lasting a very very long time.

Why Ashland has shell cordovan in stock? Tsk tsk.. owner/founder of Ashland leather is also the operations guy @ Horween.

It is a bifold wallet just without a coin pouch. The pattern you see in the Web is not my style too. They have one that is dark blue if I am not mistaken in Gardens.

If you manage to find good rates for MYR to Euroes, Paris can be cheaper.

There's only an issue I have with Bifolds.

The cards will be chewed up and destroyed pretty quickly if you are not careful.

Side note : A Prada Saffiano leather cost around 800++ overseas if you are lucky

i don't sit on them anymore after my chiropractor told me it is bad for the nerve and spine to sit on them but i do load my cards on all slots (1 card/ slot la)

Some people say, you'll expand the wallet faster if you load up all the slots.

I have 6 slots but I only put 4 of them.
