QUOTE(xgxgxgxgxgxgxg @ Aug 16 2021, 10:08 PM) You can pay direct from your saving account like normal fund transfer, but change to CREDIT CARD PAYMENT and type your credit card number if not wrong. In my case Maybank works that way. |

QUOTE(hye @ Jan 16 2022, 07:29 AM) For now it is business as usual and likely to remain that way for months. Just continue to use your Citi card as usual. After reading the FAQ, its kinda sad to see Citibank CC will eventually disappear from the market and be replaced by UOB. I already have 2 UOB cards and am sad because Citi once was a Reputable bank in my heart for their brand recognition and now has all gone to UOB. Decide what to do only when we are certain what will happen to our Citi card. Since I already have account in UOB, I can expect once the final stage of transfer be done, I will lost an useful card and credit limit from Citi wjleong15 liked this post

QUOTE(Tronoh @ Jan 16 2022, 12:28 PM) Yolo used to be great. easy cashback + rm5 gsc. Staying up at midnight to get them. Those were the days. Can't beat public bank now. (But they did have brief rm5 gsc campaign last month just in time for spiderman ticket that i don't really want to watch, so that's neat.) My current spending pattern is to spend rm600 with yolo on 1-2nd of the month with shopee or other online purchase. Then i can keep the card in my cabinet till next month. Then use Citi cashback card for my daily food/grocery/petrol spending with guarantee 10% cashback before statement date. But soon, it’ll be gone..😢Such a waste for citibank to exit consumer’s banking. I still wonder why, they’re not making money? Hmm. |

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Jan 27 2022, 06:03 PM) UOB Bank may retains some of the existing credit cards offered by Citibank by simply replacing the logo, or you may get an ‘enhanced’ credit card from UOB Bank, which may be a better or worse credit card. Hope they retain existing citibank credit card with UOB logo, wouldn’t want my citi cashback card wipe off 🥲 |

Applied credit limit increase via online with Citibank on last weekend, got approved on wed from 18k to 45k. I'm really impressed by their service and attentiveness. No question asked, they just wanted me to support with EPF statement and additional 2 months salary slip. GOOD JOB CITI

QUOTE(jutamind @ Mar 6 2022, 02:06 PM) First time getting the cash back credit card bill but noticed that there's no cast back amount credited. When will cash back be credited? CB credited on next statement date. Also, is service tax waivable for first year? SST usually not waivable. Remember to spend more than rm500 to get full 10% Cb on diff categories. |

QUOTE(algorhythm @ Mar 30 2022, 11:32 AM) As a newbie, is it advisable to apply for Citibank Reward Mastercard with minimum income requirement of RM 5000? My gross salary hasn't exceed 6000, or shall I go for the cashback card for a better acceptance rate? If I were you, I will try to apply and see if i get approved for Reward C. If they declined my application for Reward card, then I have no choice but to for Cashback card (not the platinum one) which is not bad too!If they surprisingly approved the Reward C, I sure will apply for Cashback card for backup. For me, I apply as many cards as I could, of course within my limitation. algorhythm liked this post
