Just called CS and check my card conversion status but its not approved. Seems like even you have the CL you cant apply for your preferred card also.

Just receive Annual Fee for my CB card, called to waive and CS waived it for me both SST and AL but i need to make payment first and reverse next statement. First time got waived for Citibank  |
