I suggest go straight to Citi HQ in KL. Even if kiosk approve, you still need to go collect from there unless they have the card machine there.

do they have any freebies at that kiosk there?

Just called to citibank for annual fee waived for my airasia citi gold credit card. I am entitled. So another year with citi since 2014. Can continue to spend and travel again!

First of all, I spend alot with this credit card to buy macam macam items for my company then claim back monthly. So I get free airasia big points.

With airasia big points, I can get very cheap tickets to travel.

Actually, Citibank got 3 types of Platinum Cards: (Normal) Plat., Rewards Plat. & Cash Back Plat.

These Citibank Visa Signature/ World Mastercard' - the Replacement for Normal Plat. Card which provide Unlimited PPL Access to Cardholder. 5x Rewards point awarded at selected Supermarket, Dept. Store or Hypermarket. (Annual Fee: RM636)

As for Rewards Platinum CC got NO PPL benefits just a plain Point Collecting CC Rm100 Annual Fee needed if you want 5x Rewards point on your selected Category. Zero Annual Fee if  you x subscribed On Rewards Category.

Cash Back Platinum you can earn CB from Petrol, Groceries, Pharmacy, Mobile phone bill Transactions. (AF: $206.70)

About the Citibank VS/WM Rewards CC, I  don't think their AF EZly can be waive on Subsequent Years bcos of the Unlimited PPL Access feature of the card like SCB World-Miles World Mastercard their AF pun NO AF Waiver due to That Feature...

However, it's No harm to call CS request for a Waiver when the time have come...

Yup can be waived. But I am sure its by case basis. if you use the card frequently dont see any reason not to waive for you.
