Wow Citibank's app is really a piece of shit.

First somehow logging in through it and setting up some authorization somehow voids my current password or ID, I can't login after that through their website or through app, then when I tried to reset my password, I can't, trying to unlock my account and they show me my username over and over again. With no hint on how to reset the password, then when I tried to call the phone number shown in the app (+603-2383000) it's not even a valid number, so seeing as it only has 7 numbers which is weird so I tried to search for the number on their website, and hey this one has one more extra number (03 - 2383 0000) so I tried to call this and surprise, invalid number.

All I can say is they're really incompetent in this department I guess.

Anyway, anyone have a phone number I can call?

Citibank cash back not as good as Maybank 2 card + FCB but clear card have free movie Friday and free cbt.
