I also signed up in December last year, not Lazada RM300 but RM300 cash rebate upon spending on RM3000 in 60 days.
Got the cash in my card already.

Yup! I waited for mine 3 weeks. But my friend 3 days.
Since it's snail mail, there is no guarantee.

you could choose to wait.

citibank website itself has online application promo, for example, certain card sign up for RM500 cashback with conditions.
For AA card, there is also RM300 lazada voucher + 50 signup promo.

Well, the response i got was, "There is nothing we can do, sir. You just need to wait for the card to arrive".
So the card the arrived 2 days after it was blocked became useless, I had to wait for the new card to be sent again. Luckily, the 2nd time took 1 week to arrive.

I remember seeing on their website that new online applicant can get RM500 with 5k. Depending on which threshold you can achieve.

Yes, there is nothing you can do but just wait because there is no tracker number or any sort that you can check.
If you don't get it after 2 weeks, call for replacement card to be sent.

In my case, the card arrived 2 days after the initial card was blocked (damn!) and replacement card was sent. So in total i had waited close to 5 weeks.

not true. I went thru a lot of frustrations arguing with the CS cause she just said it's not trackable as it is sent thru snail mail.

I almost made a mistake just now - forgot to use citibank card at payment, but picked the existing card added in Shopee. Cancel it at OTP page.
Redo it after adding Citibank card and yes, it's RM1.
