HI all sifu, is the Citibank simplicity card worth getting?

this is the part i am a bit blur, then this 10% rebate is for those that got late repayment?

wa, this card is not very useful for me

becoz i am looking for a cashback card for week day swiping purpose since maybank amex only have good cashback on weekend.

Do u mind suggest me the right one?

i am facing the same issue of getting inconsistent sms alert...even though i set my transaction alert threshold to rm10

saw some of you guys recommending apply the card from either ringgitplus or comparehero
so basically just fill up some basic details like name, contact number and email address then wait for them to call us??
I thought need to fill up some details like employment details, photocopy IC, payslip, etc???

you can set it via your citibank account online, or thru citibank app

The minimum transaction  amount is RM201.
Transactions of lower amount will not receive any alert.

anyone lately keep receive spamming calls from citi if we choose to ignore their call?

if like everyday calling from their maxis fiber line. luckily i got use the TruecallerID to filter them.

eveytime received their calls, i was like thinking if they are spamming me for insurance or other urgent matter to verify

They called me on Monday and the agent wanted to promote me some cancer protection thingy. I just politely tell her I'm not interested. So far haven't received any more calls from them yet

Anyone know what charges is this? Is that from Citibank? Every year charge me once.

Hey guys I just got my Citibank CC, just wanna ask if i made any huge amount of transaction, do they provide any 12months instalment plan with 0% interest?

Normally they will charge 1-3%?

Anyone tried reloading Boost/BigPay and receive points?

Important Changes to Citi Cash Back Cards w.e.f 5th December 2018.

Effective 5th December 2018, the minimum monthly spend for Citi Cash Back card to earn the 10% Cash Back on Petrol, Groceries, Dining and Grab rides will be revised from RM1,000 to RM500.

Using the cb platinum ask for waiver they say no, so i said i will terminate and ask for settlement amount to clear. Instant transfer the money and call them again to terminate. They told me they will waive it and continue using.

Been using for 5 years i think. Always manage to get the waiver, this a rare occurence where they say no and i was serious about terminating and then they say they will waive after i transfer money for termination.

have u try ? any finding
