Somehow they should consider lower the cashback, maybe 0.2% for amount that exceeded spending category that qualified for 10% instead of capped at RM10.

Since the min amount to entitle cash back for Cash Back card is reduced to RM500/month now, so thinking to get one Cash Back card. That's around 8% of cash rebate!

I've been a Citibank customer for years and all these "entries" are so misleading (always sending updates saying tens of thousands of entries, so you think you have a chance).  Never won a single prize, not even those small consolation ones.
