Everyone has their own priority in choosing their laptop. At your current budget, Dell has the best after sales service. Their onsite warranty is superB. Moreover, you have to look into the cooling system, design, speaker and more.

I just included the laptops of that you can afford with your current budget. Specs wise, no doubt that the Z50-70 is good as Lenovo always provide cheaper laptop with a better specs. However, some dealers say that Lenovo creates lemon products. So, you have to consider and do more research about that yea.

The DOS one is 3k only. You can easily install the OS yourself and get a genuine key at around RM40-60 in garage sales.

Dell always has the superB after sales service.

Ya, usually we recommend people to buy DOS laptop. Specs are the same and we can get the OS key with a very low price. And I am sure installing the OS is not hard with google these days.

Yeah, so sometimes it's all about us that think that the DOS is more worth than the pre-installed one. Haha pros and cons for everything we choose. Pay more or do more!

Mid-range graphic card GTX950M can play all sorts of games in the market already. For a 15.6" ultrabook, it's consider quite light. But there was bad review on the display. The display has extremely narrow viewing angles and sharpness issues.

If gaming is priority, you can go for Dell Inspiron 7447 DOS at 3k.

Been using my GT640M in my Y480 for almost 3 years, still can run games in med settings. I suppose GTX850M can do better.
