hey guys, im looking for a all round gaming / multimedia laptop to bring for studies abroad.

budget is 3.5k max and maybe possible to topup like 100 or 200 more for extra ram (if it's 4gb)

currently looking at the asus gl552jx and still wondering if there's any better ones out there. preferably with broadwell and at least gtx 950m.

games : dota 2, crysis 2/3 , metro etc

Spec race for the noobs. Hahaha. Seems like Lenovo U41 i5 is a good option no?

It comes with a SSD too, so workflow should be faster.

I checked lenovo z51 and apparently most lenovo laptop have this 'matte' @ dull kind of screen which I don't think will work well for photo editing. I checked a review about this z51 and it have below average color score.

Do you have any other recommendation?

Think of more towards Mac book screen but not a mac book and not that expensive (within my requirement)

Just a basic laptop for my parents, larger screen size preferred. Not too concerned about weight since laptop will only be used within the house.

-Good graphic card (equivalent to GTX Mobile version maybe?)

-Lightweight (Though I think it is quite hard to get a lightweight with high spec laptop)
-Touchscreen (Not really required, added value)

- ill install my own ssd
- lightweight, hopefully below 2kg, but around there is fine
- 5th/6th generation processor, hopefully 6th generation
4. screen size 12-15" is ok
