That is called toying.

Toying is when they make an official statement ( press), then reverse, repeat.
If they put up on item description then erase before product release, i call it either technical error or typo.

I think lots of people are still having mixed feelings about this, it looks awesome but a gundam need to be characterized. This KBG had a very short air time, less than a minute on screen

for a moment i was happy..when finally they decided to release IJ RG....and then realize it was a short dream....like when gaben said they gonna be HL3..but till now nothing....

Based on your advised, because I didn't have AB, i tried to resprayed the top coat again, but this time under hot/direct sunlight, in thin layer and leaving it to cured for each layer. Seems like it worked.

1st time i've seen frosting fixed by applying even more flat coat, but whatever so long as it works i guess.

If didn't work, will repaint this kit. But it does work.

I guess it one of that do or die thing you must try once in a lifetime... Haha. But I'm quite nervous, don't know it will work or not.

The description for the reissued Meteor mentioning about the release of RG IJ is not an accident, it's just Pandai is somewhat not ready to announce it yet, most probably...
They also teased about something great for the MG line in December. Ver Ka maybe?

More like the new cost dissolved/combined with the frosting coat and allow them both to dried properly.
